All transactions at vo99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion is required, the prevailing exchange rate will apply and a processing fee may be charged in some cases.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at vo99 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳37,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This amount must be bet before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim a bonus offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Placing bets below the minimum bet limit using bonus funds is prohibited.
• Specific games or betting limits may apply to certain bonuses.
• Bonus winnings will only be withdrawable after the wagering requirement is met.

4.4 Right to Cancel Bonuses

vo99 reserves the right to modify, limit, or cancel any promotion at any time without giving reasons. If bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Conditions for VIP Benefits

VIP cashback is calculated weekly and added to the account within the set timeframe. vo99 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms and conditions at any time. VIP membership may be suspended or cancelled if platform rules are violated.

7.1 Age Policy
